As you chant, visualize a red-golden light at your solar plexus.

The new Moon in on July 14 is giving us the opportunity to refresh our perspectives and to start seeing the glass half full instead of half empty. The past weeks have been karmically heavy with yoga, so I have disturbed our mindset and also have brought challenges into our lives. Testing our perceptions about ourselves in our lives, will we choose to self sabotage, or to condemn our lives? There's a new moon is happening in the nakshatra of purnavasu which is the start of renewal after a heavy storm. Just like the sun always comes out after the darkness, so does hope and faith come after suffering. Mercury which rules are intellect in our perceptions coming into a retrograde motion, is asking for us to think outside the box, and to expand our mind, especially if our perceptions have led us to frustrations.
