1. A husband works heavy manual labor—hard, physical work—and his wife works as a cashier. Because the husband is straining so much physically, let’s say he expends 500 points of effort at work, while his wife expends 250 points since her job isn't as physical. So who handles the hard work at home?

Husband’s 500 points − wife’s 250 points = 250 points needed from the wife to balance the total effort. If the household work totals 300 points, the wife does around 83% of the chores, and the husband handles the rest.
2. Now flip their roles. The wife is a manager at a company and the husband is a regular employee. The husband does most of the household work, using the exact same math as the first example.

So my point is that men and women are designed differently by God,or by nature, if you’re an atheist. Both are built differently. Men have testosterone which gives physical advantages, while women’s emotional intelligence is higher than men’s.
This isn't saying a woman cannot do dangerous jobs like working as an electrician or a miner. They can. But we are designed differently. Think of it like IQ: if someone is born with a high IQ and someone else with a lower IQ, we can't wonder why the lower IQ person performs differently. If there’s a math competition between a high IQ guy and a lower IQ guy for a quantitative finance job, even if they prepared equally, who wins? Obviously the high IQ guy. That job wasn't built for the lower IQ guy, and if he does it, the results won't be as effective.

So a woman can work as a miner or an electrician, but the work won't be as efficient as a man doing it. On the flip side, a man cannot bear pain the way a female does, biologically and mentally—partly because of patriarchy, which still exists in most countries.
Responsibilities should be divided by looking at someone's actual talent and skill rather than forcing the exact same thing on everyone. We need a qualified leader, not just anyone. And for those who believe in traditional roles where the husband provides and the wife takes care of the home, that’s great too.
Don't let the elites divide you. At the end of the day, men need women and women need men.

A rapist should not be killed in a democracy. Sounds misogynistic, right? But read with an open mind and connect the dots from your own perspective using rational thinking.

First,how can a person become rational or develop rational thinking? By reading and writing

In jail,there are only a few things to do , such as sleep, work out, work, or engage in self-directed activities. However, another key feature in jail is a library with a variety of books and writing resources.

People often form hatred based on their environment. For ex, some women dislike men because they feel men are the root cause of many bad things, which can feel emotionally valid to them.

Imagine a scenario where a man's entire family is threatened at gunpoint, and he is told he can save them only by raping a woman. Many would argue he should save his family and accept going to jail because of the moral dilemma presented. My point is that the environment forced his actions. Most human beings do not become criminals purely on their own, but rather due to their environment, and they can develop a rational self through resources like prison libraries and writing.

And I'm not saying everyone commits these crimes because of such a dilemma. Some people commit them because of deeply held convictions and cognitive biases, such as dehumanization, confirmation bias, moral disengagement, and others.

I am not saying rapists should never face death, but rather that capital punishment does not fit a democracy. To be honest, if I thought purely emotionally, I would execute every rapist myself, and if I were a ruler in a monarchy, I would institute mandatory execution for them. However, as I explained, this is my rational argument.

A war broke out in which the king died on the battlefield, but the kingdom did not surrender. The little brother became the new emperor. On the battlefield - both kingdoms came to an agreement of peace and signed a treaty.

It was morning, and the new king woke up with a satisfied smile. Suddenly his ministers called an urgent meeting with him. The people were in chaos over the new king, as he did not have the support of most of his subjects.

To turn the situation to his advantage, the king used tactics and calculated plans to shape the crowd in his favor. He implemented a divide-and-rule strategy, splitting his people into two groups: a 1/4 minority and a 3/4 majority. He spread rumors through word of mouth, newspapers, and other media to the 3/4 majority, claiming that the 1/4 minority were raping, killing innocents, forcefully converting people to their community, and trying to conquer the kingdom.

In the minority group, one or two individuals ended up doing exactly that.

He ruled the 1/4 minority through fear, and the 3/4 majority through respect and shared self-interest. He said, “It’s better to have a cult that isn’t as big as the whole, which asks questions.”

After many years, his people started to unite again. Recognizing this shift, he employed another tactic: he started a war with another empire. Once again, the people forgot about revolution.

1. FEAR the oldest way to control :
   Fear is a very extreme feeling, if people are afraid of you they’ll follow your orders. Many people in history used fear to control people but if people get too scared they might fight back, so it must be used carefully as doctors use sharp tools carefully - they don’t use sharp tools everytime but when they do, they do it very precisely

2. RESPECT strongest way to lead :
   Respect comes from a leader who is strong, fair and consistent, to get respect . If you are general in an army of soldiers, remember each soldiers name not ever but try to as much as you can, eat what they eat, walk with them . Reward good people, punish who betray you

3. TRUST it is known as secret weapon :
   When people trust a leader, they follow him without being forced. Trust is built when leader is honest or wear a mask of honesty & keep his words.

4. PERCEPTION controlling the minds :
   The most powerful control is not physically but mentally, if people think they are free, even they are not - they would not rebel. This is called controlling perception “if you believe what people see & believe, you can control how they act”

Here as i said earlier there are 4 pillars Fear, Respect, Trust & Perception. If one fall others will fall as well but if somehow one pillar falls here’s what napoleon the great said “if i see my people start to revolt, i’ll start a war with a nation” all of these strategies are inspired by napoleon the goat and other great conquerors here let’s go into a legendary conquerors story.
In the 1200s, a man named temujin united the broke tribe he later became the khan. One of the feared leader, yeah i am talking about genghis khan.
Genghis khan used fear to defeat his enemies, if anyone betrayed him, he destroyed their entire family, his enemies were so scared that some gave up without even fighting. But he also gave rewards to those who were loyal. He made poor soldiers into leaders - if they were brave. He was fair and gave power based to talent and skills not family. This made people respect him and follow him. He also controlled perception - he used tricks and fake news to scare cities into giving up. He won many battle not just with soldiers but with smart thinking fear.
