Lois Frankel holds a commanding position in Florida’s 23rd congressional district due to its post-redistricting Democratic tilt, with the area favoring Democratic presidential candidates by double digits in recent cycles. As the incumbent who secured her party’s nomination with roughly 75 percent in the August primary, Frankel benefits from established name recognition, over $2.3 million in fundraising, and endorsements from labor groups. Her Republican opponent, Deborah Adeimy, won her primary but trails significantly in resources and faces a district rated Solid or Safe Democratic by nonpartisan analysts. Trader consensus at 93 percent for Frankel aligns with these structural advantages. A shift would require an unforeseen late development such as a major scandal, health event, or sharp national political realignment in the weeks before the November 3 general election.
