**Traders see an 82.8% implied probability that Justin Aguiar will not be convicted of sexual assault before the end of 2026.** Aguiar, the Toronto-based dating coach and content creator known as Justin Marc, was arrested and charged in November 2025 with one count of sexual assault tied to an alleged August 2024 incident. Prior charges from 2019 and 2023 were withdrawn, and he has consistently denied wrongdoing while his lawyer prepares a full defense. Canadian criminal proceedings, especially in Ontario, typically involve lengthy disclosure, pre-trial motions, and scheduling delays amid court backlogs. With his January 2026 appearance having passed and no trial date confirmed as of mid-2026 reporting, the timeline makes a conviction by December 31, 2026, unlikely. Historical patterns for similar cases, combined with the presumption of innocence and procedural realities, underpin the strong market consensus favoring “No.” Upcoming catalysts remain limited in the short window, with any resolution hinging on rapid court movement that has not materialized.
