Janelle Stelson holds a strong lead in trader consensus for the Pennsylvania 10th congressional district race due to her substantial fundraising edge, decisive primary victory, and sustained Democratic investment in this rematch against incumbent Scott Perry. Stelson has raised over $6.3 million compared to Perry’s roughly $5.2 million, enabling heavier spending on ads that target his support for tariffs and past positions on Social Security and taxes amid voter concerns over living costs. The district, rated a toss-up by Cook Political Report, Sabato’s Crystal Ball, and Inside Elections, saw Perry win the 2024 general by just over 5,000 votes in a seat with a modest Republican lean. Upcoming debates and final ad waves before the November 3 general election could still shift momentum in this competitive battleground contest.
