Take-Two Interactive’s August earnings call and Rockstar North executive Rob Nelson’s late-August Famitsu interview have anchored trader confidence that Grand Theft Auto VI will hit its November 19, 2026 release date. The publisher tied its fiscal 2027 guidance to the launch, pre-orders are live with preloading set for November 12, and a polished Netflix extended look drew massive viewership without reigniting delay rumors. Rockstar’s perfectionist history and past shifts from fall 2025 to May then November 2026 explain lingering skepticism, yet the absence of fresh setbacks near launch and explicit “on time” commitments have produced the current 93.5 percent market-implied probability against another postponement. A surprise quality issue in final certification remains the main wildcard.
