Chase Brown enters the 2026 season as the Bengals’ undisputed lead back in a contract year, building on his first 1,000-yard rushing campaign with 1,019 yards and six rushing touchdowns in 2025. The offensive line returns intact, and the team has emphasized a more balanced attack with increased under-center work and play-action during training camp, potentially boosting goal-line opportunities in an offense featuring Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins. Minimal backfield competition from Samaje Perine and others supports steady volume, while a favorable schedule and Burrow’s health could sustain scoring chances. Brown’s explosiveness and receiving role may occasionally limit pure rushing touchdowns, but his workload positions him for double-digit total scores if the run game remains efficient.
