Dalton Kincaid enters the 2026 NFL season as the Buffalo Bills’ primary receiving tight end after posting a career-high five receiving touchdowns in 12 games during 2025 despite playing through a torn PCL. Recent training camp reports highlight improved health, with Kincaid describing himself as feeling the best he has in years and showing increased usage alongside positive notes on his blocking. The addition of wide receiver DJ Moore expands the passing attack under quarterback Josh Allen, while Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes handle more blocking duties, potentially capping Kincaid’s snap share around 60-65 percent. His red-zone efficiency and yards-per-route metrics remain strong when available, but recurring injury concerns from prior seasons continue to shape expectations for total receiving touchdowns across the 17-game schedule beginning Week 1 against the Houston Texans.
