Terry McLaurin enters the 2026 regular season as the Washington Commanders’ clear No. 1 wide receiver after an injury-shortened 2025 campaign limited him to 10 games and three receiving touchdowns. The 30-year-old is expected to benefit from a more varied route tree under new offensive coordinator David Blough, expanded opportunities alongside quarterback Jayden Daniels, and a full offseason of preparation following quad issues the prior year. Competition for targets from veteran addition Stefon Diggs and the overall offensive line and run-game dynamics will influence his red-zone usage and scoring volume. His proven deep-threat ability and recent form in healthier stretches position him for a rebound, though early-season matchups and target distribution will shape his touchdown output across 17 games.
