The 2026-27 Premier League season opened with a record nine new permanent managers, creating a wide field of candidates vulnerable to early exits amid varied expectations and ownership pressures. Fulham’s winless start under Alvaro Arbeloa has intensified scrutiny there, while Roberto De Zerbi faces questions at Tottenham after initial losses and Unai Emery contends with squad turnover at Aston Villa. Gary O’Neil’s appointment at Ipswich and Oliver Glasner’s move to Nottingham Forest—where the owner has a history of swift changes—add further contenders, alongside figures like David Moyes and Pierre Sage. Trader consensus remains tightly bunched because early results, adaptation challenges for newcomers, and fixture difficulty have not yet produced a decisive frontrunner, leaving implied probabilities clustered as multiple clubs navigate precarious positions.

If the listed manager is the first manager to be officially fired, dismissed, or sacked by their respective Premier League club during the 2026-27 season, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
If multiple managers are fired on the same calendar day, resolution will be based on the earliest official announcement time.
If a manager resigns, mutually agrees to part ways, or departs for another job, this will not count as being fired, and that will not qualify as "Yes" for this market.
If no Premier League managers are fired by May 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official club announcements or official Premier League communications. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
