Recent qualifying sessions, including the record six red flags in 2025 driven by wall impacts and variable conditions, underscore the track's volatility, though race-day red flags remain less frequent than safety car deployments under FIA protocols. Trader consensus at 50% reflects this competitive balance between the circuit's inherent incident potential and the preference for localized yellows or virtual safety cars in many cases, with outcomes hinging on practice form, tyre management, and any late weather shifts that could amplify disruptions.
