Mark Andrews enters the 2026 NFL season as the clear lead tight end for the Baltimore Ravens following the departures of Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar, reducing competition for targets in an offense that features Lamar Jackson and a run-heavy approach with Derrick Henry. At age 31, Andrews posted career lows of 48 receptions and 422 yards with five touchdowns in 2025 amid efficiency drops, yet the team extended him and anticipates a rebound in volume and red-zone opportunities under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle. His historical touchdown production, including 11 scores in 2024, stems from consistent end-zone usage despite modest overall targets. Key variables include Jackson's health, the passing game's overall volume, and how rookie tight ends factor into formations as the regular season opens against the Colts.
