Mercedes holds a commanding lead in the 2026 F1 Constructors’ Championship with 425 points after the Dutch Grand Prix, 87 ahead of Ferrari and well clear of McLaren and Red Bull. The Silver Arrows have benefited from superior power-unit performance under the new regulations, consistent double-points finishes, and multiple victories from Kimi Antonelli and George Russell that built an early cushion. Ferrari has narrowed the gap through targeted upgrades and wins for Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, while McLaren has shown pace in recent rounds. With roughly eight races remaining, a sustained development edge or reliability setbacks for Mercedes could still allow challengers to close ground, though the current points margin underpins the strong trader consensus favoring the leaders.
