The AFCON 2027 winner market reflects broad parity across African football, with no single side separating itself ahead of the June-July tournament co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Traditional powers such as Nigeria, Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Ivory Coast and Algeria sit within a narrow band of implied probabilities because each combines deep talent pools, experienced coaching staffs and recent competitive showings at the 2026 World Cup and prior AFCON editions. The confirmed 24-team format and the start of qualifying in September 2026 further spread risk, as group-stage results, squad depth and fixture congestion can quickly alter trajectories. Traders price the field tightly because upsets remain common and no nation holds a decisive structural edge this far out.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations per the rules of CAF (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official information from CAF; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
