Bob Onder's commanding position in the MO-03 House race stems from his status as the Republican incumbent who secured the party nomination with 66 percent in the August primary, combined with the district's consistent Republican leanings and his substantial fundraising edge exceeding $950,000 compared to Democratic nominee Bethany Mann's roughly $43,000. Mann, who also won her August primary, previously received 35 percent as the 2024 nominee in the same district. Trader consensus reflected in these odds accounts for the structural advantages of incumbency and party registration in a district covering St. Charles County and parts of central Missouri. Potential shifts could arise from late developments such as major scandals, health incidents affecting candidates, or significant national political events influencing turnout before the November 3 general election.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
