Tyler Warren, the Indianapolis Colts' second-year tight end, enters Week 2 with an expanded role after Michael Pittman Jr.'s offseason trade, positioning him as the primary short-to-intermediate option in an offense led by quarterback Daniel Jones. Warren posted one receiving touchdown on three catches in Week 1's loss to Baltimore and has cleared a minor preseason groin strain, with no current injury concerns. His rookie production of four touchdowns across 17 games, plus versatility in the run game and red zone, supports expectations for higher target volume and scoring opportunities over the 17-game schedule, though the Colts' early offensive struggles and a challenging Week 2 matchup at Kansas City could influence early efficiency.
