Jaxson Dart enters his second NFL season as the New York Giants’ starting quarterback after a 2025 rookie year that included 2,272 passing yards and 15 touchdowns across 12 starts. He opened 2026 with a sharp Week 1 outing, completing 23 of 29 passes for 230 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions in a win over Dallas, while adding 54 rushing yards. Under head coach John Harbaugh and coordinator Matt Nagy, the offense features a run-first approach with RPO elements that could limit or enhance passing volume depending on game script and defensive adjustments. Analysts project Dart in the 24–31 touchdown range for the full 17-game schedule, citing improved supporting talent, a full offseason in the system, and his dual-threat profile, though health concerns from prior concussions and a challenging early schedule remain key variables. Trader sentiment reflects expectations of moderate year-two growth tempered by the Giants’ overall offensive constraints.
