The wide-open MLB runs leader market reflects a fragmented race late in the 2026 season, with no player holding a commanding edge and roughly 20-25 games remaining for most contenders. Aaron Judge sits atop the field despite missing significant time with a rib injury, as a potential September return could add volume in a potent Yankees lineup. Kyle Schwarber and Drake Baldwin benefit from consistent at-bats and on-base skills in strong Philadelphia and Atlanta offenses, while Ben Rice and Shohei Ohtani leverage power and lineup protection in New York and Los Angeles. Key differentiators include health and rest, home/road splits, and how well each player sustains high on-base percentages amid varying team run environments and schedule difficulty. Trader consensus prices these probabilities based on current form and projected playing time.
