By subscribing to CONNECT/CREATE (“the Publication”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to protect both subscribers and GranVia Studios while ensuring transparency, clarity, and professionalism.

1. About This Publication

CONNECT/CREATE is a Substack publication operated by GranVia Studios, a casting and production studio working across film, television, commercials, social media, and live productions. This publication provides access to curated information, verified opportunities, and industry-related content.

2. No Talent Representation

GranVia Studios does not represent talent. Subscribing to CONNECT/CREATE does not create an agent–client, manager–client, or employer–employee relationship.
All opportunities shared are informational and optional. Talent remains fully independent and responsible for their own professional decisions.

3. Opportunities & Casting Notices

• All casting calls, projects, and events shared are curated and verified to the best of our ability.

• Submission or application does not guarantee selection, booking, or payment.

• Final casting decisions are made by production teams, not GranVia Studios.

Some opportunities may involve deferred, negotiated, or variable compensation, which will be disclosed when applicable.

4. No Guarantees

GranVia Studios makes no guarantees regarding:

• Booking outcomes

• Frequency of opportunities

• Compensation amounts

• Project timelines

• Selection or placement

By subscribing, you acknowledge that creative industry opportunities are competitive and outcomes are never guaranteed.

5. Events & Access

Invitations to events (including screenings, mixers, or premieres) are subject to availability, eligibility, and third-party approval. RSVPs do not guarantee entry unless explicitly confirmed.

6. Subscriber Conduct

Subscribers agree to:

• Act professionally and respectfully

• Not harass, spam, or misuse shared information

• Not repost private or gated opportunities publicly without permission

• Not misrepresent themselves or GranVia Studios

GranVia Studios reserves the right to remove access for violations of these expectations.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All written content, branding, and original materials published on CONNECT/CREATE are the property of GranVia Studios unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Payment & Subscription Terms

Subscription pricing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Substack and governed by Substack’s platform policies. GranVia Studios does not store or manage subscriber payment information.

9. Limitation of Liability

GranVia Studios is not liable for:

• Third-party productions, decisions, or actions

• Project cancellations or changes

• Financial losses or missed opportunities

• Personal or professional outcomes resulting from participation

Participation in any opportunity is at the subscriber’s own discretion and risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

GranVia Studios may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the publication after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
