DISCLAIMER: These terms of use are protected by copyright. The copyright owner is Noemi Apetri, terms drafted in June 2026. Copying these terms is a breach of intellectual property rights and can lead to legal action.
TERMS SUMMARY

By using the Me Time website, newsletter, purchasing digital products, joining masterclasses, workshops, or 1:1 calls, or benefiting from services from Me Time, you agree to these Terms of Use that govern everything.
The Me Time Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or any other type of professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the Content (and in general).Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the twelve months before a claim arises.
We provide Content “as is” without warranties of accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.All sales are final. No refunds are available for Digital Products or subscriptions, except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU/EEA consumers may request a refund within 14 days if you did not tick the box to waive your right of withdrawal).
Legal templates are licensed to you for as long as you remain a paid subscriber to Me Time, unless you’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Modifying Legal Templates beyond filling in the blanks as designed by Me Time voids all warranties.
Any disputes will be handled under Danish Law, with the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark having exclusive jurisdiction.
1:1 coaching services, legal consulting services are separate from your Substack subscription and have their own terms.
Your information is kept confidential, except for Submissions (e.g., comments, testimonials, guest posts) which may be used, published, or monetized by Me Time.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Publisher Terms
By accessing, reading, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Me Time or The Fine Print websites, or accessing or purchasing any associated services, content, or materials provided by Me Time as described in these terms, you, whether as an occasional visitor, a free subscriber, paid subscriber, purchaser of digital products or services, agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Me Time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Me Time websites, newsletters, and digital products and any and all associated services.
1. Definitions and Applicable Policies
The Terms exclude Me Time’s Privacy Policy and AI Use Policy that can be unilaterally changed by Me Time and informed to you from time to time.
1.1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Agreement” means these Terms of Use only, as amended from time to time. The Privacy Policy, AI Use Policy, and any other policies referenced in these Terms are separate documents and are incorporated by reference but do not form part of the Agreement.
“AI-Generated Content” means any content, including but not limited to text, templates, or other materials, created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools, whether provided, linked to or recommended by Me Time or accessed through third-party platforms.
“Content” means all materials, resources, information, services (such as but not limited to answering questions in the chat, by phone, DM), digital assets provided by Me Time, including but not limited to articles, newsletters, blog posts, written materials, coaching materials, insights, videos, podcasts, Legal Templates, Digital Products, AI tools, AI-Generated Content, AI-assisted drafting tools, guides, courses, workshops, do sessions, masterminds, fireside chats, roundtables, recorded materials, Services and any other resources, services, or materials made available through the Me Time website, newsletters, or associated platforms.
“Digital Products” means one-time purchasable digital resources offered by Me Time, including but not limited to recorded workshops, guides, Legal Templates, downloadable files, or other electronic materials. Digital Products are a subset of Content and are subject to the specific terms in Section 5 in addition to the general terms applicable to all Content.
“Legal Templates” are Content that include but are not limited to legal agreement templates, policy templates, examples, articles analyzing legal issues, and AI-assisted drafting tools provided to you. Legal Templates are subject to the specific terms in Section 4 in addition to the general terms applicable to all Content.
“Me Time” “us” “we” “our” means Me Time Consult, Noemi Apetri, and any associated platforms, websites, or services, including but not limited to the Me Time and The Fine Print newsletters.
“Subscriptions” means paid or free subscriptions to Me Time’s newsletters, publications, or other recurring services, granting access to Content as described on the digital platform where you made your subscription or purchase..
“User” or “you” means any individual or entity that accesses, reads, subscribes to, or otherwise uses the Me Time website, newsletters, Content, Digital Products, Legal Templates, or Services, whether as a visitor, free subscriber, paid subscriber, or purchaser.
“User-Generated Content” means any content, including but not limited to comments, testimonials, guest posts, recorded LIVEs, podcasts, feedback, or submissions, provided by Users to Me Time or through its platforms or as a consequence of an invitation to contribute or provide feedback from Me Time.
2. Third-Party Terms
The Me Time website and Content may contain links to third-party services, websites, or platforms (the “Third-Party Content“).
Third-Party Content is shared for convenience only with you. Me Time does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of external websites, services, or platforms offered by third parties.
Your use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms, policies, or practices and you acknowledge these are separate from Me Time, its Content, Services and Terms.
Me Time disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of Third-Party Content that is the sole liability of the owner of Third Party Content.
3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEES
3.1 All Content provided by Me Time is provided exclusively for informational and educational purposes only. Content does not constitute financial, tax, legal, medical, business, or any other form of professional advice, nor does it create any professional relationship (including but not limited to attorney-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or consultant relationships) between you and Me Time, Noemi Apetri, or Me Time Consult.
3.2 NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Me Time expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, title, or non-reliance; warranties that the Content will meet your requirements, achieve any specific result, or be suitable, legally compliant, or adequate for any particular use or jurisdiction; and warranties that the Content is error-free, up-to-date, or free from defects.
The Content is provided “AS IS“ and “AS AVAILABLE“, and Me Time makes no guarantees regarding the Content’s accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or legal compliance in any jurisdiction.
3.3 USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By accessing or using the Content, you acknowledge, agree, and accept that you are solely responsible for evaluating the Content’s suitability for your specific needs and circumstances, including reviewing it with qualified professionals in your jurisdiction to ensure its accuracy, compliance, and suitability.
You assume all risks associated with your use of the Content, including risks arising from reliance on Legal Templates, AI-Generated Content, third-party content, or other resources. You further acknowledge that the Content may not comply with all laws, regulations, or professional standards in every jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for ensuring such compliance in your specific situation, context, and jurisdiction. Me Time shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Content.
3.4 AI-Generated Content
Me Time uses third-party tools that have incorporated AI functionality to assist in creating certain Content and reviews such outputs for general accuracy and compliance. However, AI-Generated Content may still contain errors, omissions, or outdated information despite Me Time’s human review.
If you use any AI tools (including third-party platforms with built-in AI functionality) to create or modify Content, all warranties, representations, and liabilities of Me Time with respect to such user-modified Content are voided. You assume full responsibility for any Content you create or modify using AI tools, including its accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and suitability for your intended use.
4. Legal Templates
By purchasing, downloading, or using Legal Templates, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy, and publish the Legal Templates on your site(s) for your personal or internal business purposes only. Unless purchased as Digital Products, Legal Templates are provided on a time-limited license equal to the term of your applicable subscription to Me Time, whether such Legal Template was made available to you through a free subscriber benefit, paid subscription, or complimentary premium subscription.
You may not sell, resell, distribute, market, promote, or commercially exploit the Legal Templates, and these Terms in any way. Your license allows you to draft your own legal terms and/or policies for your personal or internal business needs only using the Legal Templates you were given access to.
If you unilaterally make any material changes to a Legal Template beyond merely filling in the blanks (e.g., adding, removing, or altering sections, or using it for unintended purposes), all warranties, representations, and liabilities of Me Time with respect to that Legal Template are voided. You must review the Legal Templates with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before using the Legal Template(s) for legal decisions or actions.
5. One-Time Digital Product Purchases
5.1 License Grant
By purchasing one-time digital product(s) (e.g., recorded workshops, guides, or other downloadable resources) via any marketplace such as GumRoad, Stan Store, Ko-fi, a checkout page on Me Time’s website or similar (hereafter “Digital Products“), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Digital Products solely for personal or your internal business purposes. You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, or use Digital Products for commercial purposes. For clarity any subscriptions or memberships are excluded.
5.2 Delivery and Access
Digital Products are delivered electronically. You are solely responsible for ensuring your device and software meet the technical requirements to access, download, and use them. Me Time is not liable for any issues arising from your technical limitations or connectivity. If a Digital Product is intended for use with a third-party service (e.g., Canva), it is your sole responsibility to create an account with the third-party service and, if applicable, pay any subscription fees required by that service.
5.3 No Refunds
All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, as you receive immediate, irrevocable access to templates upon purchase. This reflects the digital nature of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to request a refund within 14 days if you do not download or access the Digital Product (see Section 5.4).
5.4 EU/EEA Consumer Rights
For EU/EEA consumers, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By ticking the box in the terms, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the Digital Product and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have ticked the box, you may no longer request a refund, regardless of whether you download or access the Digital Product. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not tick the box and do not download or access the product until the 14-day period has expired. If you choose to wait and not tick the box, you may still request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Me Time.
5.5 Support
If you experience technical difficulties, contact Me Time within 14 days of purchase, and Me Time will assist you in good faith.
6. Disclaimer of Liability and Liability Cap
6.1 NO WARRANTIES:
The Content is provided “AS IS“ and “AS AVAILABLE“ without any express, implied, or statutory warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of suitability, accuracy, completeness, enforceability, legal compliance, correctness, non-infringement, non-reliance, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, quiet enjoyment, title, or any duty to update. All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Me Time shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use or misuse or modification of the Content, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
Costs, expenses, or legal fees incurred by you or any third party;
Damages arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content, including Legal Templates and AI-Generated Content; security breaches, data loss, unauthorized access, or platform failures; or
Third-party claims arising from your use of the Content.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6.3 LIABILITY CAP
If liability is found for Me Time under these Terms, such liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the claimant to Me Time in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. If no fees were paid, Me Time shall have no liability whatsoever.
6.4. Force Majeure
Me Time shall not be responsible for any failures, delays, or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to cyberattacks, platform failures, government actions, acts of nature, or other force majeure events.
6.5. No Guarantee of Continued Access to Content
Subscription to Me Time does not guarantee that any specific type of Content will continue to be provided indefinitely. Me Time reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue, or replace any Content, pivot niche, general topics or formats (e.g., to business consulting in general, or offering a magazine-style publication), or decline to update Content (including super simple guides, templates, or other materials) at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
6.6 Applicability
This Section 6 expressly applies to the use of any Content, but especially the Legal Templates, AI-Generated Content, and Digital Products described in Section 4.
7. Refunds & Chargeback Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits shall be provided for subscriptions, Legal Templates, Digital Products, or any other Content or auxiliary services offered by Me Time, except where required by applicable law. Me Time does not offer trial periods or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription, Digital Product, or service.
Coaching and legal consulting services are covered under separate terms, and any conflicts and refunds must be resolved and reviewed under the separate agreement applicable to these.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, CONTENT, AND USER SUBMISSIONS
8.1 Ownership and License
All Content published on Me Time, including but not limited to articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, coaching materials, templates, guides, courses, AI-generated content, and AI tools/agents, is the exclusive property of Noemi Apetri and Me Time Consult. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, copy, reproduce, affix the Content only for personal or internal business use within your wholly owned company. This license does not permit modification, republication, or distribution for commercial purposes or client-facing work.
8.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Content for the purpose of resale without prior written permission from Me Time;
Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or proprietary rights statements;
Train, embed, or integrate the Me Time Content into LLMs like AI models, machine learning systems, or automated tools;
Use automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access or copy Content from Me Time;
Use Me Time Content to create, market, or distribute competing products or services without prior written permission from Noemi Apetri.
8.3 User-Generated Content
By submitting comments, testimonials, guest posts, participating in a live or recorded interview, as a guest in a podcast, in a call, workshop, masterclass, or similar, or by providing feedback (hereafter together referred to as “Submissions“), you grant Me Time a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, monetize, or make minor modifications to your Submissions, such as correcting grammar or punctuation, or affixing Me Time branding. You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to provide the Submissions;
(ii) the Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights; and
(iii) the Submissions are not unlawful, misleading, or harmful in any way.
8.4 Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe content on Me Time infringes your copyright, contact Me Time and share:
Identification of the infringing content and its location;
Your contact information;
A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, that the information is accurate, and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Me Time will act in good faith to remove or disable access to the content expeditiously and notify the user who posted it.
9. USER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY PROTECTIONS
9.1 User Representations
You represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms;
You will comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Content;
You will not use the Content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes third-party rights;
You have not relied on any representation or warranty by Me Time in deciding to use the Content.
9.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Me Time from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of the Content in violation of these Terms;
Your reliance on the Content for professional advice or decisions;
Any breach of your representations or obligations under these Terms.
9.3 Severability and No Third-Party Beneficiaries
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms are not intended to confer rights on any third party, and no third party may enforce any provision hereof.
10. TERM, ENFORCEMENT, AND MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Me Time’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void. Me Time may assign these Terms without your consent.
10.2 Termination for Breach
Me Time reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Content without notice if you:
Materially breach these Terms (e.g., modify Legal Templates beyond permitted use, initiate fraudulent chargebacks);
Engage in conduct that poses a legal or reputational risk to Me Time;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination does not waive Me Time’s right to pursue legal remedies.
10.3 Entire Agreement and No Oral Modifications
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Me Time and supersede all prior discussions or agreements, written or verbal. No other terms, verbal or written, will be applicable.
10.4 Survival
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 1.1 (Definitions), 3 (No Professional Advice or Guarantees), 4 (Legal Templates), 5 (One-Time Digital Product Purchases), 6 (Disclaimer of Liability and Liability Cap), 8 (Intellectual Property, Content, and User Submissions), 9 (User Obligations and Liability Protections), 10 (Term, Enforcement, and Miscellaneous), 11 (Data Protection & Privacy) and 12 (Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution, and Limitations). These surviving provisions shall continue to apply to any relationship, product, deliverable, or claim arising from or related to this Agreement, even after its termination.
10.5 Amendments
Me Time reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by: (i) Posting the revised Terms on the Me Time website; and/or (ii) sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Content after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Content.
10.6 Contact
You can reach Noemi Apetri and Me Time by email at noemi@metimeconsult.com and by direct message to Noemi from Me Time on Substack (you may need to be a subscriber to send a DM). Me Time shall notify you if its contact details are updated so you can reach out in case you need.
10.7 Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the Content, discussions, and any other information provided by Me Time are confidential. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except:
As expressly agreed in writing by Me Time; or
Where the information is already publicly available, such as linking to existing public posts.
As agreed in the discussions, prior to recording together any type of Content such as LIVE, podcast episode, masterclass, do session or similar.
For the avoidance of doubt, joint LIVES are property of both of Me Time and you and so, you can use the recording as you see fit.
10.7.1 Confidentiality of User Information
Except for Submissions (as defined in Section 8.3), any information you share with Me Time shall be treated as confidential. Me Time shall keep such information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party, except as expressly agreed in writing by you or as required by applicable law.
10.8 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Me Time and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your misuse of the Content.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Your infringement of any third-party rights.
10.9 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.10 Waiver
Me Time’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10.11 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the exclusive benefit of you and Me Time. Nothing herein shall confer any rights or remedies on any third party.
10.12 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
10.13 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
10.14 Electronic Communications
You consent to receive electronic communications (e.g., emails, notifications) from Me Time. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures sent electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Me Time processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU/EEA. Me Time may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Content after such updates constitutes acceptance.
By using the Content, you understand we will process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
For EU/EEA users: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; object to or restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; withdraw consent (where applicable); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of your choosing. To exercise these rights, contact Me Time.
12. APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND LIMITATIONS
12.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Notwithstanding the above, for users subject to U.S. jurisdiction, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of Danish courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
12.2 Dispute Resolution (U.S. Users Only)
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Me Time. You also waive the right to a jury trial for any disputes arising under these Terms.
12.3 Limitation on Legal Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose.
For claims related to Content, the deadline is the earlier of:
(i) Twelve (12) months from the date the Content was provided to you; or
(ii) One (1) year from when the claim arose.
Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
12.4 No Partnership, Joint Venture, or Agency
The relationship between you and Me Time is that of independent parties. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and Me Time. Neither party shall have the authority to bind the other in any way, and each party is solely responsible for its own actions, obligations, and liabilities under these Terms.
These Terms have been published on June 8th, 2026 and are applicable immediately hereafter.
