Why subscribe to Meraki Musings?

Most leadership content teaches you how to manage better — inside systems that were never designed for people to actually thrive in.

This is something else entirely.

Meraki Musings follows the arc of a more honest inquiry: from naming what is broken in conventional leadership, through the precision of behavioral science and talent optimization, toward the design philosophy that makes the most sense of all of it — Regenerative Leadership. Each edition moves that arc forward. Each one gives you something you can use immediately and something that will quietly shift how you see the whole picture.

What you will find here: frameworks with real diagnostic utility, implementation strategies drawn from organizational psychology and behavioral science, and the kind of structural critique that does not stop at naming the problem — it shows you what to build instead.

Your Guide

I’m Nicole Parker-Beggs — organizational psychologist (M.S.), Board Certified Executive Coach, and founder of Meraki Consulting. My work lives at the intersection of behavioral science, trauma-informed organizational design, and the emerging architecture of regenerative systems.

I work with leaders who are done performing competence inside structures that quietly exhaust everyone, including themselves — and who are ready to design something more honest.

What to Expect

Every edition, you will receive something that helps you see beneath the surface-level “people problem” — to the behavioral patterns, cultural narratives, and systemic designs actually shaping your workplace. You will develop the capacity to build talent systems that work with human nature rather than against it, where performance becomes sustainable because the conditions finally are.

The goal has never been better management — it has always been better design.

If you believe work can regenerate rather than extract — this is where we figure out how.
