Welcome to The Wi-Fipreneur (”the Publication,” “we,” “us”), a newsletter published on Substack by Shruti Meena (”the Author”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using this Publication, you agree to the following terms.

1. About This Publication

The Wi-Fipreneur provides content, commentary, and strategy related to LinkedIn personal branding, ghostwriting, and building a profitable online presence. Content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing published in this Publication constitutes financial, legal, business, or professional advice. Any strategies, frameworks, or opinions shared are based on the Author’s personal experience and perspective. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on this content.

3. Subscriptions

• Free subscriptions provide access to publicly available posts.

• Paid subscriptions (if enabled) provide access to premium content as described at the time of purchase.

• Pledged subscriptions do not result in any charge unless and until paid subscriptions are enabled by the Author, at which point pledging subscribers will be notified before any charge occurs.

• Subscription fees, where applicable, are processed through Substack’s payment infrastructure and are subject to Substack’s own terms.

4. Referral Program

Where a referral or reward program is offered (including consultation-based rewards), rewards are granted at the sole discretion of the Author and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the referral system (fake referrals, spam, or fraudulent sign-ups) may result in disqualification from rewards and/or removal from the Publication.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published in The Wi-Fipreneur — including text, graphics, and original frameworks — is the intellectual property of the Author unless otherwise stated. You may share excerpts with proper attribution and a link back to the original post. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of full posts without written permission is not permitted.

6. User Conduct

By engaging with this Publication (including comments, replies, or community spaces if applicable), you agree not to:

• Post abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content

• Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated services

• Impersonate the Author or other subscribers

The Author reserves the right to remove comments or restrict access for violations of these terms.

The Author is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Publication or any linked services (including third-party booking tools such as Cal.com).
