Come Light a Candle With Me

Each time I sit to write, I no longer imagine a distant cathedral as I used to. Now, I see the soul itself as the cathedral. You are the pilgrim, and within you rises the sanctuary: arches shaped by longing, windows stained with memory and mystery, altars built from the ache to belong. Light filters in from the unseen places, casting light across the floor of your being. This is where the journey begins, not somewhere out there, but within.

We all long for such spaces, where time slows, the noise fades, and something ancient begins to stir. In these pages, I invite you to cross the threshold of your own interior life, to pause, reflect, and awaken to the truth that has been waiting patiently beneath the surface. What you’ll find here is not a sermon, but a soul companion.

Through the Beatitudes, the wisdom of the Enneagram, contemplative traditions, and the great questions of philosophy and faith, I write to help you remember what was never lost: your Soulprint—the divine image within you, the Imago Dei. My work is not to tell you who you are, but to offer language, metaphor, and story that might help you see it for yourself.
