Subscriber Conduct Engage respectfully. The Social Equation reserves the right to remove comments or revoke subscriptions for abusive or harmful behavior.

What We Collect Only what’s necessary — your email address, subscription status, and basic engagement data (open rates, clicks) provided through Substack’s platform.

How We Use It To deliver content, communicate about your subscription, and understand readership. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Communications By subscribing you consent to receiving emails from The Social Equation. Unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email.

Refund Policy

Paid Subscriptions The Social Equation offers optional paid subscriptions to support the work. All content is currently available to free subscribers as well.

Refund Eligibility Refunds are reviewed case by case. You may be eligible if you were charged in error, you request within 7 days of your initial charge, or you subscribed unintentionally and haven’t accessed content. Renewal charges and requests after 7 days are generally not eligible, though every request is reviewed with fairness.

Annual Subscriptions Refund requests within 14 days of an annual charge, where little to no content was accessed, will be considered for a full or prorated refund at our discretion.

How to Request Email info@qandait.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include the email on your subscription and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

Cancellations Cancel anytime through your Substack account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless eligibility criteria above are met.
