Recent polling for Mexico’s June 2027 Chamber of Deputies election shows Morena holding a wide lead at 35–46 percent, leaving the second-place contest among fragmented opposition parties. PAN has posted the strongest consistent results in national surveys through August 2026, typically ahead of or tied with PRI and MC in the low-to-mid teens, while PVEM, PT, and newer groups trail further behind. The PAN’s decision to contest the election independently after ending its prior alliance with the PRI has not eroded its relative position, and local electoral calculations in several states continue to favor it as the most viable opposition vehicle. Traders therefore assign PAN the clear majority probability for finishing second, reflecting the stable gap between Morena and the rest of the field.
