The early 2026-27 Serie A campaign has produced tightly bunched probabilities because no goalkeeper has yet established a decisive edge in a season defined by strong collective defenses rather than individual dominance. Roma’s back line, with Mile Svilar between the posts, has conceded just one goal in the opening three fixtures, building on the Serbian’s prior clean-sheet volume. Como’s Jean Butez and Milan’s Mike Maignan remain relevant on the strength of their 2025-26 records and continued low goals-against averages, while Napoli’s Vanja Milinković-Savić and others sit close behind. Trader consensus therefore spreads across proven keepers whose teams’ defensive structures, fixture schedules, and injury resilience will determine long-term shutout totals.
