Justin Jefferson enters the 2026 NFL season with Minnesota expecting a significant rebound in receiving touchdowns after posting just two in 2025 amid inconsistent quarterback play. Kyler Murray, named the Week 1 starter, has shown strong rapport with Jefferson during training camp, including multiple red-zone connections that should boost the wideout's opportunities in the end zone. Jefferson remains the clear top option in Kevin O'Connell's offense, maintaining a high target share alongside Jordan Addison and T.J. Hockenson. Historical production shows double-digit touchdown seasons in multiple prior years when paired with capable passers, and positive regression in yards per catch and red-zone efficiency is widely anticipated. The Vikings' passing attack stability will be the primary driver of Jefferson's total.
