Justin Jefferson enters the 2026 NFL season as the Minnesota Vikings' undisputed WR1, commanding a heavy target share in an offense seeking stability at quarterback. After a down 2025 campaign limited to 84 receptions amid inconsistent play from J.J. McCarthy and others, he opened 2026 with eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1, capitalizing on opportunities even after Kyler Murray exited early with a concussion. Murray's integration and health, alongside potential contributions from Carson Wentz or McCarthy, will shape passing volume and downfield opportunities. Jefferson's durability, route-running precision, and red-zone usage support a rebound toward or above his prior 100-plus reception pace, though any offensive line or scheme adjustments could influence his catch totals across 17 games.
