Luis Arraez holds the top position in the MLB batting average leader market at 47% implied probability due to his consistent contact-oriented approach and current .316–.318 average across 541 at-bats for the Phillies, building on his established reputation for high batting averages. Yordan Alvarez sits second at 30.5% with a .314 mark in 509 at-bats for the Astros, supported by elite on-base skills and power production that sustain his average despite higher strikeout rates. Otto Lopez, Yandy Díaz, and Freddie Freeman trail at under 4% each amid lower overall averages near .300–.305. With roughly three weeks remaining, late-season plate appearances, minor injuries, or hot streaks among contenders could still shift the final leaderboard in this closely watched individual statistic.
