Morgan Stanley’s commanding 83.5% implied probability reflects its designation as lead-left underwriter for Anthropic’s anticipated Nasdaq IPO, a role confirmed in June 2026 reporting and reinforced by its leadership of the company’s $15 billion revolving credit facility. Goldman Sachs, at 12.7%, is positioned as joint bookrunner and likely stabilization agent, while JPMorgan’s minimal 0.3% odds align with its supporting syndicate role. Anthropic’s rapid revenue expansion to a $65 billion annualized run rate by July, gross margins above 80%, and second-quarter adjusted operating profit have strengthened the deal’s fundamentals, supporting a potential $2 trillion valuation. Traders are pricing in final documentation and roadshow activity expected in the coming weeks ahead of a mid-October listing.

If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.”
If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
