This market will resolve to "Yes" if the displayed Rotten Tomatoes "All Critics" Tomatometer score for Fall 2: Deadpoint is at least equal to the specified number at 10:00 AM ET on September 14, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If, for any reason, the resolution data is unavailable at this market's specified end time, the resolution source will be checked until the relevant data is available. This market will resolve to "No" if no data is available by September 18, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.**The primary driver of trader sentiment for the "Fall 2: Deadpoint" Rotten Tomatoes score is the film's mixed critical reception following its September 2, 2026 theatrical release.** Early reviews from roughly 30-35 critics place the Tomatometer in the low-to-mid 50s (e.g., 55% on Wikipedia aggregates, Metacritic 53), with praise for vertigo-inducing suspense and set pieces offset by complaints about formulaic plotting, weaker visual effects, and an overcooked finale that fails to match the 2022 original's 80% score. The Spierig brothers' direction and new cast (Harriet Slater, Arsema Thomas) deliver familiar thrills in a Thailand mountain setting, but many outlets describe it as a schlocky yet serviceable B-movie sequel. Modest box office tracking and a CinemaScore of B- reinforce the sense of diminished momentum. With reviews still accumulating, traders are watching for any late positive outliers or audience-driven shifts, though the current consensus points to a stable mixed result absent major surprises.
