This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 midterm Alaska U.S. Senate election, inclusive of any run-offs, currently scheduled for November 3, 2026. If the results of the election are not confirmed by July 31, 2027, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market is the Associated Press, Fox News, and NBC. This market will resolve once all three sources call the race for the same candidate. If all three sources haven’t called the race in this state for the same candidate, this market will resolve based on official certification.Mary Peltola leads trader consensus in the 2026 Alaska Senate race following her 49.5% finish in the August nonpartisan primary, ahead of incumbent Republican Dan S. Sullivan at 41.4%. The top-four primary advanced Peltola, Sullivan, Republican Dan J. Sullivan, and Republican Gerald Heikes after Democrat David Leslie withdrew, setting up a ranked-choice general election on November 3. Recent polls show a tossup with margins under 2 points in either direction, reflecting Peltola’s strong fundraising edge, crossover appeal in Alaska’s independent electorate, and prior electoral success against the state’s Republican tilt. Sullivan maintains support through incumbency and party infrastructure, though the presence of a same-name challenger and national midterm dynamics introduce uncertainty. Minor candidates remain negligible factors in current pricing.
