Jacob Misiorowski leads MLB in total strikeouts with 236 through 161.1 innings for the Brewers, posting a 13.2 K/9 rate and 1.95 ERA while generating consistent swing-and-miss stuff at elite velocity. Traders assign him the highest implied probability because his workload and per-inning dominance have created a measurable edge over the field. Dylan Cease sits second with 227 strikeouts in matching innings for Toronto, supported by a strong recent stretch that keeps him within striking distance heading into the final weeks. Jesús Luzardo and Cristopher Sánchez trail further back in the totals, while established arms like Paul Skenes and Tarik Skubal post lower cumulative numbers despite high rates. With the regular season winding down, remaining starts and matchup difficulty will determine whether Misiorowski holds or Cease closes the gap.
