for Digital Products, Subscriptions & Courses

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any product, subscription, course, or digital content offered by La Storia Lifestyle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use and refrain from purchasing.

This Agreement governs all transactions and interactions between you and La Storia Lifestyle LLC, including but not limited to:

• Editable digital guides (including Canva templates and downloadable travel guides)

• Subscription-based travel planning content and insights

• Online courses, workshops, and educational programs

• Any other digital product or service offered by La Storia Lifestyle LLC

La Storia Lifestyle LLC is operated by Jennifer Doncsecz and is based in Seminole County, Florida, United States.

3. Digital Products — Nature of Purchase

All products sold by La Storia Lifestyle LLC are digital in nature and are hosted and delivered through Substack (substack.com). All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate or near-immediate access to your purchased content. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” in any traditional sense, all sales are FINAL.

3.1 No Refunds

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a transaction with La Storia Lifestyle LLC, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product description, sales page, and any available previews prior to purchase.

• You understand the nature of the digital product or service being purchased.

• You waive any right to a refund, exchange, or credit for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with content, failure to use the product, technical difficulties on your end, or change of mind.

• Exceptions, if any, are made solely at the discretion of La Storia Lifestyle LLC and will not be precedent-setting.

4. Chargeback Policy — Dispute Resolution

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact La Storia directly at jennifer@lastorialifestyle.com BEFORE initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

You further acknowledge and agree that:

• Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

• In the event of a chargeback filed without prior good-faith communication with La Storia Lifestyle LLC, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the full purchase amount, plus any fees, penalties, and legal costs incurred as a result of the dispute.

• We reserve the right to permanently ban any customer who files a chargeback from future purchases and access to all La Storia Lifestyle LLC platforms and content.

• Documentation of your purchase, access, and engagement with the digital product — including Stripe transaction records — will be submitted to payment processors as evidence in any dispute.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns. Please reach out to us before disputing a charge.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

La Storia Lifestyle LLC openly and transparently discloses that artificial intelligence tools are used in the creation, research, drafting, and production of content offered through our products, subscriptions, and courses. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Travel planning insights, recommendations, and itinerary suggestions

• Written content within digital guides and course materials

• Email communications, newsletters, and subscription content

• Research summaries and curated travel information

AI-generated content is reviewed and informed by the personal knowledge, experience, and editorial judgment of the Company’s founder. However, AI tools are imperfect and may produce content that is outdated, inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation.

BY PURCHASING FROM LA STORIA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI IS USED IN OUR CONTENT CREATION PROCESS AND YOU ACCEPT THIS AS PART OF THE PRODUCT YOU ARE RECEIVING.

6. Your Responsibility to Fact-Check

All content, insights, recommendations, itineraries, and information provided by La Storia — whether authored by our team, generated with the assistance of AI, or a combination of both — is provided for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Travel conditions, visa requirements, health advisories, local laws, business hours, pricing, safety conditions, and other travel-related facts change frequently and without notice. You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Independently verifying all information before acting upon it.

• Consulting qualified professionals (including but not limited to licensed travel agents, physicians, attorneys, or government agencies) for advice specific to your situation.

• Checking current government travel advisories, health guidelines, and entry requirements for your destination.

• Confirming all bookings, reservations, and arrangements independently.

La Storia Lifestyle LLC makes no representation or warranty that any information provided is current, complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes or Results

La Storia Lifestyle LLC does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, experiences, savings, or satisfaction from the use of our products, courses, or content. Individual results will vary based on factors entirely outside of our control, including your personal choices, destination conditions, travel companions, health, budget, and circumstances.

Any testimonials, examples, or success stories shared by La Storia Lifestyle LLC or our customers are illustrative only and are not representative of what every customer should expect. They do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You purchase and use all La Storia Lifestyle LLC products and content at your own risk and with the understanding that no outcome is promised or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability — Injury, Illness & Dissatisfaction

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LA STORIA, ITS FOUNDER, TEAM MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, ANY CONTENT, PRODUCT, COURSE, RECOMMENDATION, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY LA STORIA.

This limitation expressly includes, without limitation:

• Personal injury, illness, medical conditions, or physical harm arising from travel to any destination mentioned or recommended in our content.

• Emotional distress, disappointment, or dissatisfaction with any travel experience.

• Financial loss, including lost bookings, cancellation fees, or travel expenses.

• Property damage or theft during travel.

• Incidents arising from following any itinerary, recommendation, or suggestion contained in our digital guides, courses, or subscription content.

• Any harm arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, whether created by our team or AI tools.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRAVEL INHERENTLY INVOLVES RISKS, INCLUDING RISK OF INJURY AND ILLNESS, AND THAT BY ACTING ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY LA STORIA, YOU ACCEPT THOSE RISKS VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY.

In any event, the maximum liability of La Storia Lifestyle LLC to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Storia Lifestyle LLC, its founder, officers, team members, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of any La Storia Lifestyle LLC product, content, or information; (b) your violation of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content sold or distributed by La Storia — including but not limited to digital guides, course materials, written content, graphics, Canva templates, subscription content, and any AI-assisted outputs — is the intellectual property of La Storia Lifestyle LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share any La Storia Lifestyle LLC content with third parties.

• Present La Storia Lifestyle LLC content as your own original work.

• Use La Storia Lifestyle LLC content in any commercial capacity without prior written consent.

Canva templates purchased from La Storia Lifestyle LLC are licensed for personal editing and use only. Resale of templates, even in edited form, is strictly prohibited without a commercial license obtained directly from La Storia Lifestyle LLC.

11. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription to receive ongoing travel planning insights, newsletters, or curated content from La Storia Lifestyle LLC, the following additional terms apply. All subscriptions are managed through Substack and billed via Stripe, Inc.:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as specified at purchase).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

• La Storia Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue subscription content at any time with reasonable notice.

• Subscription content is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to all disclaimers in this Agreement.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact La Storia Lifestyle LLC in writing and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution of the dispute.

13. Modifications to This Agreement

La Storia Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of any La Storia Lifestyle LLC product or service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and La Storia Lifestyle LLC with respect to your purchase and use of our digital products, subscriptions, and courses, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You acknowledge that AI is used in our content, that all information requires independent verification, and that La Storia Lifestyle LLC is not liable for your travel experiences or outcomes.
