Terms of Service — Streamline to Scale
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Welcome to Streamline to Scale (the “Publication”), published by Shaz, trading as Sleek Marketing (”we”, “us”, “our”), based in the United Kingdom. By subscribing to, accessing, or reading the Publication, you agree to these Terms of Service (”Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Publication.
The Publication is hosted on Substack. Your use of the Substack platform is also governed by Substack’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where these Terms cover our relationship with you as a reader or subscriber, Substack’s terms cover your relationship with the platform itself, including payment processing.
1. What the Publication Is
Streamline to Scale provides educational and informational content on business strategy, marketing, sales, systems, and the use of AI tools for business owners. Content includes free posts, paid subscriber-only posts, downloadable resources, templates, prompts, and, for certain subscription tiers, access to additional perks such as training resources and one-to-one calls.
2. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewals
We offer free and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, plus a founding member tier that includes additional benefits.
All payments are processed by Substack through its payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are displayed at checkout and may differ if you subscribe through a mobile app, where app store fees apply.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period, and existing subscribers will be notified before any change applies to them.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you will keep paid access until the end of your current billing period.
Because subscriber content is delivered immediately and in full upon payment, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
4. Subscriber Perks and Founding Member Benefits
Certain subscription tiers include additional perks, such as access to training resources hosted on third-party platforms and, for founding members, a one-to-one strategy call.
Founding member calls must be booked within 6 months of subscribing and are subject to reasonable scheduling availability. Perks are personal to you, non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may update, substitute, or improve perks over time, and any substitute will be of equal or greater value. Perks hosted on external platforms (for example, our course platform) are subject to those platforms’ terms.
5. Your Account and Conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. When commenting or participating in subscriber discussions or chat, you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or spammy, and not to harass other readers. We may remove comments or restrict access for anyone who breaches these standards, with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All content in the Publication — including posts, templates, prompts, frameworks, videos, and downloadable resources — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own business. You are actively encouraged to implement the systems, prompts, and templates in your own business — that is the point.
You may not, however: (a) share, forward, republish, or resell paid content or your login access to non-subscribers; (b) repackage our content, templates, or frameworks into your own paid products, courses, or client deliverables; or (c) use our content to train AI models or datasets. Brief quotations with clear credit and a link to the Publication are welcome.
We may suspend or terminate, without refund, any subscription used to systematically share or redistribute paid content.
7. No Professional Advice and No Guarantees
The Publication provides general education and information only. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your individual circumstances. You should take independent professional advice before making significant business or financial decisions.
Any revenue figures, case studies, or results we share (ours or our clients’) are illustrative of what is possible, not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort, and factors outside anyone’s control. We make no guarantee of earnings, savings, or specific outcomes.
Content about AI tools reflects how those tools worked at the time of writing. Third-party tools change frequently, and we are not responsible for changes to, or the performance of, any third-party software or platform we reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Publication or its content. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Publication shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Changes to the Publication and These Terms
We may change the content, format, posting schedule, or features of the Publication at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Publication after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially reduces what your paid subscription includes, you may cancel and we will consider a pro-rata refund for the unused period in good faith.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Publication at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their home nation.
