The Story Behind Cosmic Notes

When I was a teenager, astrology wasn’t about fate or the future. I couldn’t care less. It was a survival tool and a way to make sense of the adults around me: Why they said one thing and did another, why their moods made no sense, why love looked like control…

What started as innocent curiosity transformed into profound learning, because once I saw the patterns, I knew I needed this knowledge.

Since then, I’ve been tuning into the unseen, studying everything that can help me understand people, and ultimately, understand myself—Hellenistic & Evolutionary astrology, human design, Yoga, Reiki, breathwork, chakra balancing, the anatomy of a woman’s body and brain, etc.

My studies of energetics were a deeply transformative journey. From this deep understanding, Cosmic Notes was born.

Cosmic Notes is a bridge between the unseen and the material.

I don’t separate the analytical from the intuitive or the material from the spiritual. Not in my life, and not in the way I make sense of the world.
