COSMIC NOTES – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the COSMIC NOTES Substack (“Site”), its content, materials, resources, recordings, and any other related sites hosted on third-party platforms (“Stores”, “Store”, “Shop”, “Shops”), as well as all services, consultations, and digital materials (“Services”, “Service”) provided by COSMIC NOTES (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the COSMIC NOTES Site or Stores, or by purchasing, scheduling, or ordering any Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

If you do not agree with these Terms, your only solution is to stop using the COSMIC NOTES Site, Stores, and Services. Our decision not to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.

All information and materials available through our Site, Store, and Services are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes or results.

3. Disclaimers

COSMIC NOTES is not an accredited program or institution. We don’t hold any professional licenses. The information and materials we provide do not conform to any standards or qualifications set by private or governmental entities.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the information provided.

Any reliance you place on the information of our Site, Store, Services of COSMIC NOTES is entirely at your own risk.

4. Payments, Fees, and Billing Information

• The price of any Service purchased through the COSMIC NOTES Site or Store will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Where taxes are not included, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes to the extent permitted by law.

• Listed prices exclude bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or card processing fees, which remain your responsibility.

• We accept payments via credit or debit card through secure online payment links.

• Once payment is successfully received, a receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided. Receipts are only issued for successful payments and are provided by third-party platforms, Merchants of Record, and payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Patreon, or other integrated secure payment gateways.

• If you do not receive your receipt within one hour, please contact us through our Site. Your receipt serves as proof of payment, so please retain it for your records.

By completing your purchase, you confirm:

• Acceptance of these Terms

• That you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited by any law from using our Services.

• That you understand that you must fill out and submit your required information in the online form and complete your payment to get a reading report. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information through this form.

COSMIC NOTES reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to Services if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or relates to a third party without their consent.

• Refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue providing Services, at our discretion, with or without a prior notice.

• Adjust delivery timelines without penalty if the information required to complete the Service is not submitted within the 24-hour window.

• Change fees or introduce surcharges for Services and collect applicable taxes when required.

5. Delivery and Refund Policy

• Delivery deadlines vary by service and are specified on each individual service description page. The processing time begins from the later of the following two dates:

  • The date of purchase.

  • The date all required information is received.

  Please note that a reading or report can only be finalized and delivered once both the payment and the necessary information have been provided by the Client.

• To maintain the quality of our Services, weekly Service slots are strictly limited. You must complete your payment within 24 hours of submitting your information, or your spot will be forfeited. If your spot is lost, paying later will not automatically reclaim it. In these cases, COSMIC NOTES reserves the right to cancel your order or reschedule your reading for the next available slot, which will result in a delivery date later than originally expected.

• All digital Services consist strictly of written PDF or PNG reports and documents. Unless explicitly stated in the service description, these purchases do not include live consultations, phone calls, or online meetings.

• Limited-time email support is included as follows:

  • Your Money Signature Letter – 3 days of email support

  • The Relocation Compass – 3 days of email support

  • The Solopreneur Brand Jumpstart – 7 days of email support

  • The Identity Upgrade – 3 days of email support

  • The Major Timeline – 3 days of email support

• All Services are started immediately and delivered electronically as PDF or PNG files and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once a purchase is made.

• If you do not receive your report within 15 business days of purchase, contact us through our Site.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Using the COSMIC NOTES Site, Store, and Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

You agree not to use the Site, Store, or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our reputation.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using COSMIC NOTES Site, Stores, and/or Services, you agree that any reliance on the information provided is solely at your own risk.

COSMIC NOTES shall not be liable, under any legal theory (including contract, tort, or negligence), for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses

• Use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services

• The cost of obtaining substitute Services

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

• Any third-party statements or actions on the COSMIC NOTES Site

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COSMIC NOTES, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Your breach of these Terms or any representation made by you

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

• Your use of the provided Services

• Your activities related to the COSMIC NOTES Site or Store

9. Intellectual Property Protection

• All materials provided through COSMIC NOTES Site or Services, including ebooks, workshops, courses, reports, consultations, voice recordings, videos, methods, and written posts or documents, are the exclusive property of COSMIC NOTES and protected under international copyright law

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our materials without written permission

• Unauthorized use, including for commercial purposes, will result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of any payments made, and potential legal action

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

• The COSMIC NOTES Site may contain links to third-party websites or channels. These links are provided for convenience only and are not under our control.

• Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase.

• We do not review or take responsibility for the content, policies, or Services offered on any linked third-party sites.

• Your use of these sites is entirely at your own risk.

11. Referral Program & Rewards

COSMIC NOTES may offer a referral program allowing users to earn rewards by inviting new subscribers.

• Participation in the COSMIC NOTES referral program is a privilege, not a right. To qualify for rewards, referrals must be unique, valid new subscribers. We reserve the sole right to disqualify any participant and void rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity, including the use of temporary email addresses, self-referrals, or "spamming" tactics.

• Referral tracking is managed by Substack. COSMIC NOTES is not responsible or liable for any technical malfunctions, system glitches, or tracking errors that result in a failure to record a referral. If a referral is not reflected in our records due to such issues, we are under no obligation to fulfill the associated reward.

• Rewards, including the Astrology & The Healing of The Feminine Soul ebook and “Wealth Circle” status, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are subject to the specific expiration dates or terms outlined at the time of the offer.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program and any associated rewards at any time without prior notice or liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, you agree to submit to binding arbitration at our sole discretion.

By using our Site, Services, and/or Stores you explicitly waive any right to pursue disputes in a court of law or participate in a class-action lawsuit.

13. Force Majeure

Any failure or delay in COSMIC NOTES’ Services under these Terms caused by an event beyond our control—including but not limited to war, acts of God, earthquakes, floods, fires, embargos, riots, sabotage, or the failure of third-party power or telecommunications networks—will not subject COSMIC NOTES to liability, provided that we promptly notify the Client of the event in question.

14. Changes to Terms

• COSMIC NOTES may modify, update, or remove parts of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our Site

• Your continued use of our Site and Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
