This market will resolve according to the listed player who wins the 2026 Irish Open tournament. If a listed player is eliminated from contention for the Irish Open tournament based on the official rules of the tournament, the relevant market will immediately resolve to "No". If an unlisted player wins the Irish Open tournament this market will resolve to "Other". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by DP World Tour official tournament rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If no winner is announced by September 20, 2026 at 11:59PM ET this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the DP World Tour website (https://www.europeantour.com/).Padraig Harrington and Jordan Smith lead trader consensus in this Irish Open outright market due to their proven links golf aptitude and familiarity with Irish conditions at the new Doonbeg venue. Harrington brings three major titles and extensive links experience as a home player, while Smith has posted consistent recent results on the DP World Tour that align with the demands of firm, windy coastal setups. A deep international field featuring multiple past champions creates tight pricing across the board, with no single player separating dramatically. The 72-hole stroke-play format on a par-72 layout where wind and short-game execution often decide outcomes keeps implied probabilities closely contested heading into the opening round.
