Databricks holds a narrow 54.5% implied probability edge in this closely contested market, driven primarily by its August 2026 $5 billion raise at a $190 billion post-money valuation—up sharply from $134 billion in February—on $7 billion annualized run-rate revenue growing over 80% year-over-year. Stripe’s last confirmed tender offer stands at $159 billion from February 2026, though secondary trading implies values near $177–196 billion amid $1.9 trillion in 2025 payment volume and roughly $6.9 billion in net revenue. Trader consensus reflects Databricks’ faster recent mark-to-market momentum in AI infrastructure versus Stripe’s steadier fintech scale, with uncertainty around any year-end priced rounds, tenders, or broader shifts in technology valuations that could alter the December 31 comparison.
