This market will resolve according to the total number of valid votes cast in the first round of the 2026 midterm election for Senator from Georgia. If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest range bracket. All votes certified for candidates or non-candidate options in the specified election are included. Invalidated or blank votes are not included. In ranked-choice or preferential systems, the first-round vote total will be used. The primary resolution source for this market will be the official results of the first round of the 2026 midterm election for Senator from Georgia, as published by the state electoral authority responsible for certifying the results of the election; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus in the Georgia Senate turnout market clusters around 4.0-4.6 million votes, reflecting expectations for standard midterm participation in a swing state where Democratic incumbent Jon Ossoff holds a consistent polling edge over Republican Mike Collins. Recent surveys show Ossoff ahead by 4-8 points, sustaining engagement among suburban Atlanta voters and independents while Republican mobilization focuses on base turnout in rural and exurban areas. Historical benchmarks from the 2022 midterms and 2024 presidential election, along with primary runoff patterns, support these moderate totals without evidence of unusually elevated enthusiasm or suppression effects. Early voting begins in mid-October and final campaign spending could still shift participation rates in key demographics.
