The district's Republican lean, reflected in its Solid Republican ratings from forecasters like the Cook Political Report, aligns with Rouzer's prior margins and limited Democratic inroads. With no major shifts in candidate dynamics or district conditions since the primaries, trader consensus reflects these structural and financial advantages for the Republican nominee.
