Recent polling from late August and early September shows a fragmented field for Sergipe’s two Senate seats, with Delegado André David, Rogério Carvalho, André Moura, Eduardo Amorim and others clustered between roughly 7-17% in vote intention and large shares of undecided or blank ballots. Voters select two names, so small shifts in second-preference support can reorder the final ranking. Rogério Carvalho’s 35.5% implied probability for second place reflects his consistent presence near the top of surveys and re-election bid, while André David and André Moura sit close behind on 20% and 19% ranges amid overlapping coalitions and regional bases. The October 4 first-round vote remains weeks away, leaving room for late campaign momentum or turnout differences to separate the contenders.
