Incumbent Rick Crawford holds a commanding position in Arkansas’s 1st Congressional District heading into the November 3, 2026 general election, reflecting the district’s consistent Republican lean and his long record of strong electoral performance. Both major-party primaries were canceled after no challengers filed, allowing Crawford and Democratic nominee Terri Yarbrough Green to advance directly to the general. Nonpartisan race ratings classify the seat as Solid or Safe Republican, consistent with its Cook Partisan Voter Index of R+23 and Crawford’s prior double-digit margins. Green’s campaign has reported significantly lower fundraising than the incumbent. A Republican loss would require an unprecedented shift in voter turnout or late developments capable of overcoming these structural advantages.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
