The Roraima Senate race for second place remains tightly contested ahead of the October 4 vote, where voters select two candidates for the seats. A late-August Quaest survey showed Teresa Surita (MDB) at 19%, Nicoletti (PL) at 17%, and Helena da Asatur (PSD) clustered within the margin of error at 16%, followed by Chico Rodrigues (PSB) at 11% and Hélio Bolsonaro (PL) at 5%, with 67% undecided in spontaneous responses. The fragmented field of 13 registered candidates, combined with voters casting dual ballots, sustains uncertainty over consolidation of support and turnout patterns. Recent campaign activity, including candidate conventions and asset declarations, has not yet produced decisive shifts, leaving room for last-minute movements among the leading contenders to determine the final ordering.
