PQ maintains a steady lead in recent polling averages around 29 percent, well ahead of the CAQ at 23-24 percent and PLQ at 20-22 percent, driven by strong francophone support and a broad desire for change ahead of the October 5 vote. Seat models project the PQ as the clear favorite for the most seats, often a minority government, due to efficient vote distribution despite the popular vote remaining competitive. The CAQ under new Premier Christine Fréchette has stabilized after earlier gains tied to economic and trade concerns, while the PLQ continues to lose ground and smaller parties like the PCQ consolidate regionally. These trends have held firm over the past two weeks of the campaign.
