Lula's commanding 95% implied probability for first place in Pará reflects consistent polling leads in the state, including recent Quaest and Atlas surveys showing the incumbent president ahead by double digits over Flávio Bolsonaro and far ahead of the fragmented field of other candidates. As the sitting PT leader seeking re-election, Lula benefits from established voter bases in northern Brazil ahead of the October 4 first-round vote. The low odds for challengers such as Bolsonaro, Ronaldo Caiado, Romeu Zema, and others signal limited momentum shifts so far. Potential challenges include swings among the sizable undecided bloc, regional economic developments, or stronger opposition consolidation in the final weeks of campaigning.
