Flávio Bolsonaro maintains a commanding lead in Rondônia trader sentiment for first-round presidential voting on October 4, reflecting the state’s consistent conservative tilt and his status as the primary opposition candidate backed by the Liberal Party. Recent Quaest polling shows him at 45% against Lula’s 25%, with all other contenders in low single digits, consistent with earlier surveys indicating 20-plus-point advantages. The region delivered Jair Bolsonaro a 70.6% to 29.3% victory in 2022 and has favored aligned candidates in subsequent cycles. Flávio’s formal nomination in July, his father’s endorsement, and his public commitment to electoral rules have reinforced positioning without notable erosion from competing right-wing figures. Late developments such as vote fragmentation or turnout shifts remain the primary variables that could narrow margins before resolution.
