Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive have repeatedly reaffirmed GTA 6’s November 19, 2026 launch across earnings calls, shareholder letters, and a recent Famitsu interview with developer Rob Nelson, who stated the title “will definitely be released.” The August 2026 Netflix extended look showcased polished gameplay, fueling pre-order momentum and aligning with Take-Two’s fiscal projections that treat the date as locked. With the release now just weeks away and no new signs of slippage, traders see strong consensus against another postponement. Still, Rockstar’s perfectionist history leaves room for last-minute technical hurdles that could force a shift despite current confidence.
