If the listed company undergoes a merger, this will only qualify for a “No” resolution if the transaction results in the listed company being fully absorbed, dissolved, or otherwise no longer capable of independently conducting an Initial Public Offering. Transactions in which the listed company continues as a parent or successor will not alone qualify for a “No” resolution. This market will resolve early if the listed company completes an IPO by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. The resolution source for this market is a consensus of credible reporting.Strong IPO momentum in 2026, with more than $250 billion raised across dozens of deals through mid-year—far exceeding prior years—has established a clear pipeline of listings before 2027. SpaceX’s record $75 billion debut anchored the surge, followed by sizable offerings from AI and infrastructure names, while recent SEC filings and scheduled pricings for Holtec Nuclear, Orion180 Insurance, and American Savings Bank confirm near-term activity. Favorable equity market conditions, elevated valuations in growth sectors, and underwriter preparations for additional candidates such as Anthropic support continued deal flow. Key catalysts include September and October 2026 pricing windows plus any confidential filings that accelerate to market. These developments underpin trader consensus around near-certain resolution in favor of IPOs occurring before year-end 2026.
