This market will resolve according to the party of the candidate who wins the FL-25 congressional district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2026 midterm elections. The midterm elections will take place on November 3, 2026. A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).Jared Moskowitz holds a strong position in trader consensus for Florida’s 25th Congressional District largely due to his incumbency advantages, decisive August primary victory over a progressive challenger, and robust fundraising that has built a substantial cash-on-hand lead heading into the November general election. The newly redrawn district, stretching along the coast through parts of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, features a significant Jewish electorate and was adjusted by Republican mapmakers to favor the GOP, creating a toss-up environment according to independent forecasters. Scott Singer, the former Boca Raton mayor who emerged from a crowded Republican primary, benefits from the district’s underlying partisan tilt but faces challenges in establishing broad name recognition against an established House member. Moskowitz’s selection as top Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Middle East and North Africa has provided additional visibility on issues relevant to local voters. Both candidates are Jewish, sharpening competition on foreign policy and domestic priorities in a race scheduled for November 3.
